Installation Instructions
Follow these steps when installing the 20W COB Flexi LED Strip Light:
- Clean the mounting surface and ensure it is dry and free from dust and grease.
- Measure the required length and cut the strip only along the designated cutting marks.
- If additional wires are required, solder them at the next suitable printed connection location.
- When applying the strip, peel the release paper from the 3M tape gradually.
- Do not remove the entire release paper at once, as this can make positioning more difficult.
- Install the strip into a suitable aluminium LED profile for effective heat dissipation.
- Do not press directly on the LED beads or luminous surface during installation.
Important Installation Notes
The 20W COB Flexi LED Strip Light must be used with an aluminium profile. The profile helps dissipate heat and supports reliable performance and long operating life.
Use a suitable 24V DC constant-voltage LED driver with sufficient power for the total LED strip length.
For the best result, ensure the mounting surface is clean before applying the adhesive backing. Avoid excessive pressure or sharp bending during installation.
