30-Day Returns
Vesta Lines Lighting offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery on eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase is required

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Products must be returned in resalable condition
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or details to assess the issue.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
