- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
- Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

- Regional areas: 3–10 business days
3. Authority to Leave
Unless otherwise requested, deliveries may be left in a safe place at the delivery address. If you require a
signature on delivery, please contact us prior to dispatch.
Vesta Lines Lighting is not responsible for parcels once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
4. Delays & Lost Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:
- Contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
- We will liaise with the courier to investigate.
