Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
  • Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Within Australia
  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak periods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping promotions may apply to eligible orders.
3. Authority to Leave
Unless otherwise requested, deliveries may be left in a safe place at the delivery address. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us prior to dispatch. Vesta Lines Lighting is not responsible for parcels once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
4. Delays & Lost Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:
  • Contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will liaise with the courier to investigate.
These rights apply in addition to our 30-day return policy.

  • If your order arrives damaged:
    • Do not install the product.
    • Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.
    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will assess and arrange a replacement where applicable.
